NADA 2026 gave us the opportunity to connect in person with dealers, OEMs and developers, and share how Fortellis continues to evolve as a platform that supports integration planning, data management and long-term scalability.
Throughout the week, conversations focused on practical updates designed to support clearer planning, stronger data controls, and improved support for partners building on the platform.
Here’s a look at what we showcased at NADA 2026.
Clearer Planning and Usage Decisions
Many booth conversations centered on planning and forecasting. At NADA, we highlighted improvements designed to give developers better visibility into available APIs, usage considerations and pricing models.
This included expanded visibility into APIs that were previously private, now surfaced as Restricted APIs for limited use cases. These updates help partners better understand what’s available earlier in the planning process, even when APIs are intended for more specific scenarios.
We also previewed the Fortellis Price Calculator, which helps teams estimate usage and costs as they evaluate integrations or plan for growth. Together, these enhancements are designed to support more informed decision-making before development even begins.
Stronger Data Controls Across Integrations
We also demonstrated new data management capabilities that give both dealers and developers more control and visibility across many integrations.
- Field Filtering: Allows dealers to review and suppress specific data fields based on their business needs
- Field Management: Gives developers visibility into which data fields are required or optional for their applications
Together, these capabilities support clearer data transparency and help reduce friction as integrations scale.
Unified Support Experience Through the DevCare Portal
Another key highlight was the DevCare Portal, which brings ticketing, documentation, readiness guidance and migration workflows into a single experience. This unified approach is designed to help developers move from build to production with clearer visibility into support requests, requirements and next steps.
Using AIVA for Fortellis to Gain Faster Insight
We also showcased AIVA for Fortellis, which allows developers and partners to ask questions and quickly surface relevant information across documentation and platform resources in real time. AIVA for Fortellis is designed to support faster discovery and reduce time spent searching for answers, helping teams stay focused as they plan, build and support integrations.
Support Beyond Self-Service with Integration Consulting
For teams looking for more hands-on guidance, we introduced Fortellis Professional Services Integrated Consulting. These services support integration planning, implementation and launch, providing developers with direct access to platform expertise when needed.
Continued Progress Toward More Timely Data Availability
While not a single feature release, we shared how ongoing platform enhancements are focused on supporting more timely data availability and smoother day-to-day operations. These efforts reflect continued investment in the underlying Fortellis infrastructure that supports integrations at scale.
Looking Ahead
The conversations we had at NADA reinforced the importance of clarity, control and trust across the Fortellis platform. The updates shared at the show reflect ongoing investment informed by partner feedback and real-world use.
If you weren’t able to attend NADA or want a deeper walkthrough of what’s new, our team is available to continue the conversation.
