Two Great New Ways to Use Hailer

Hundreds of dealers are already using Hailer to provide transport to the customer’s home or office and back to the dealership during extended service work times.  The original Hailer workflow is now complimented by two new methods to better serve the needs of your customers.

Hailer Ride Types On Demand, Flex and Credit

On Demand Rides

Hailer makes it easy to schedule a ride on-the-fly within CDKDrive or CDK Service app.  Within a few clicks you can have a customer enroute to the exact geo-coded location of your service department in the dealership.

Flex Rides

When the work is done Flex Ride lets the customer click a simple text link to request a ride back to the dealership. There is no app or smart phone needed, a simple text message to a cell phone does it all.

Credit Rides

This new multi-day repair option is perfect for customers who need more than 1 or 2 rides.  Your service advisor or manager can assign a budgeted amount of credit to the customer who can then use the credits for as many rides as needed – within the budget.  In just a few clicks, this exciting new function:

  • Creates a unique budget for the customer to spend down as they desire
  • Credit appear right in the customers Lyft app  
  • Rides show up as “Free” with a note thanking them for their recent visit to your dealership

Reports

The reports dashboard has a variety of new reports, providing organization all the information it needs to manage the ridesharing process efficiently.
